Physiotherapy and Recovery
Rise Fitness & Wellness has partnered with MYO Recovery and Wellness Limited, a healthcare and wellness provider specialising in musculoskeletal care and recovery. Operating from a dedicated treatment room within our facility, MYO offers expert physiotherapy for conditions such as back and neck pain, sports injuries, and arthritis, alongside wellness services including sports and deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and advanced assisted full-body stretching—supporting both MYO clients and Rise members for a seamless training and recovery experience.
